Do I have to book my classes every week?

We book your class on a day and time convenient to you, and according to our availability. The day(s)and the time(s) will remain unchanged on a weekly basis, until you provide us with notice to change the class.

How do I dress for my session(s)?

We prefer that you dress in comfortable exercise clothing and wear non-slip socks or attend the class sessions barefoot. Change room/showering facility is available. Please bring a small towel as this is sometimes used during a session to support the head.

Where can I safely store my belongings during my session(s)?

We kindly request that you take off your shoes in the reception area, and take your belongings (including additional clothing and shoes) to the studio, before the class session commences. Please refrain from entering the studios with shoes on and we kindly request that you do not walk over the mats that are laid out on the floor. Please do not leave any valuables inside your vehicle in the parking lot.

What is the duration of my session?

Classes are actively in session for 50 - 55 minutes. We encourage you to be punctual as the attendance register is completed within the first 5 minutes of class where after those catching up on missed classes will be invited in to take available mats. During the first five minutes a brief orientation, including the goal of the class, will be given. Please declare your discomfort/pain or provide relative feedback about your well-being after your previous class session before the teaching commences.

What do I do with the mat and props after my session?

After class, the mats should be disinfected by spraying the mats with diluted tea tree oil (available in studio in a spray bottle), and wiping it down with a cloth provided. Props used during a session should be left on the mat after being wiped down with the tea tree solution, or in the case of the TheraBand’s, placed in the talc bucket available.

Do I pay for classes I am unable to attend, even if I cancel in advance?

Should you miss out on a class session during a month, we extend the invitation for you to catch up on missed classes, as an advantage. We kindly request that as far as possible, you adhere to your reserved class times. We understand that it is not always possible and therefore we will, as far as possible, accommodate you.

Classes can only be caught up while your membership is active. This means that once you are placed on medical leave or after your notice period lapsed, you will forfeit the privilege to catch up on classes missed. Catch-up classes remain a privilege and has no exchangeable value for your monthly fee and/or private sessions and/or reformer classes.
