By mimicking the 6-sided structure of the honeycomb cell, Rebul Honeycomb has created a structural material, which is 90% space, yet is capable of withstanding a compressive force of 2000kg/m^2.

With its high strength to weight properties, Rebul Honeycomb is a perfect space filler to replace carbon-hungry polystyrenes and expanded foam materials.

Locally produced recycled paper and water based glues ensure that product is fully recyclable and pulpable.

Board

Laminating the Honeycomb core with paper sheets results in lightweight structural board with a high relative flexural rigidity.

Locally produced recycled paper and water based glues ensure that the product is fully recyclable and pulpable.

Gloss white triple clay coated surface, Rebul Graphic provides a high quality printing surface for flexographic, lithographic and digital printing.

Rebul Kraft

Brown Kraft finish provides dimensionally stable boards resulting in a lightweight alternative to conventional timber and foam filled products.
