From humble beginnings in a home kitchen in Somerset West more than thirty years ago, Knights Catering & Events has evolved in a highly competitive industry to be the longest standing company in the Western Cape. 

Albert Dreyer

 

Albert has been in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years. He joined the Knights team in 1989. His work includes collaboration with chefs like David Higgs and Peter Goughenwoods. Albert’s strengths in the team lies in logistics planning and execution as well as menu planning and execution. 

Hans de Villiers

 

Hans is able to create something out of nothing. Give him the mundane and regular, he will take it, twist it on its head to create something unique and pleasing. His style and creative flair has been instrumental in keeping Knights ahead of the trend

Wayne Robinson

 

Wayne, a Paul Roos Old Boy, started at Knights in 1990 whilst a student at Stellenbosch University. His contribution to the team is his financial process and his strength is certainly the ability to plan and execute incredibly complex food, staff and vehicle expectations with military precision.
