Not only do we aim to close the need/solution gap, we also provide training where needed on behalf od the service provider and for the client who has acquired a new service or product.

Non-disclosure and confidentiality

The nature of our business offer requires the highest level confidentiality and non-disclosure in terms of the agent/client relationship.

Before we commence with any brief, we sign agreements to protect:

  • both parties in terms of the non-disclosure of any information shared in preliminary meetings up and until an MOU is in place

    • The MOU will include the information contained in the original NDA and continue for as long as the agreements are in place (additional NDA conditions may be required for an extended period beyond the end of the MOU term)

  • both parties in terms of the confidentiality of the client intent, product, service and/or any information of the services required
