The Product is only available in South Africa. Should you wish to buy it, please email the supplied addresses above and arrangement can be made for payment and shipping via our agreed courier partners once quoted.
All conditions on payment, pricing and delivery are only applicable in South Africa. We can receive payment and deliver Internationally, but this has to be pre-arranged. Please contact us on the supplied email above.

Please review the terms and conditions below as your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to follow and be bound by them. Please note that we may periodically update or change the terms and conditions, so please check review from time to time.
Return/Refund Policy
Art-Bucket is manufactured to the highest specifications and materials checked for quality to give you years of use. Each Art-Bucket is checked before delivery and should be free of any default. Should the item be damaged in transit and not insured, the product will not be replaced, as we cannot be held liable without insurance paid for the delivery once it leaves our premises.
Should by some chance your product be sent with a manufacturing defect, it would be replaced. As we guarantee our product to be of the highest quality, you have 24 hours from delivery to notify us of a return or request a refund. We have tested this product for years and found it to withstand the best challenges children can through at it. However, the Art-Bucket is not stain proof and discoloration through permanent inks or materials does not qualify for a return of refund.
We are prepared to discuss unique situations with you and if acceptable and void of financial loss to FROM US 2U (PTY) LTD, we will be happy to replace or refund you. If you experience disappointment or incorrect delivery from FROM US 2U (PTY) LTD we will be happy to discuss your options.
Privacy Policy
We recognise your need for appropriate protection and the careful management of the personal information you share with us on-line (any
information by which you can be identified, such as name, address, and telephone number). The Art-Bucket website is entirely safe and easy to use and offers the secure communication you expect.
You can visit Art-Bucket site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Should you purchase and
submit your information, it will never be disclosed to any other parties.
We guarantee the security of your payment and contact details you submit to buying the Art-Bucket. When you buy the Art-Bucket, the details you submit will only be used to fulfill your order. Payments are done via EFT and therefore no banking details are made available through the internet. The full amount for the Art-Bucket cost and delivery, void of any bank charges needs to be transferred into our account before we dispatch your gift.
If we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your
personal information we are entitled do so.
Product Sales
The Art-Bucket is subject to availability and will be delivered only within the RSA unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by FROM US 2U (PTY) LTD in writing. International courier or postage fees will then apply and we will provide you with a quote before payment. All prices are displayed on the site are quoted in ZAR and are valid and effective only in the RSA. Mailing the Art-Bucket different parts of the country may pose a problem – in these circumstances, please email us for alternative delivery options. FROM US 2U (PTY) LTD reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications offered on this site without incurring any obligations. This does not affect existing deliveries and any changes will be posted on the site as they occur.
Orders
The Art-Bucket is a high quality product. Should you notwithstanding an unforeseen delay in delivery of your Art-Bucket still agree to accept delivery, you will be liable for payment the correct delivered as per the original order and applicable invoice.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colours you will see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that the display of any colour will be accurate.
Pricing Policy and Shipping
You will be charged the price of the Art-Bucket as reflected on the site, subject to availability. The price does not includes door-to-door courier delivery in South Africa.
The R199.00 cost excludes the plastic 10 Litre bucket or any of the art supplies shown in the visuals.

FROM US 2U (PTY) LTD shall not be liable for any loss, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to the use of or reliance upon this website (including any information contained thereon) or the internet.
Non-acceptance of an order
This may result from non provision by the purchaser of proof of payment via fax or email. You will be notified by email or telephone should this occur.
Canceling an order
If you wish to change your order you may contact us on 082 551 1818 between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. No cancellations can
be accepted on the day of delivery.
Delivery Policy
FROM US 2U (PTY) LTD will dispatch your product from Monday to Friday between 08h30 and 4h30pm.
